After years of nurturing a deep love affair with the human body
(both by challenging her own through sport and adventure, and also by watching what others accomplished through honing theirs), Dr. Nicole began to build her way towards a lifetime goal of helping people honor their bodies and tap into the infinite potential of their physical form. She sought to improve peoples’ athleticism, and to ultimately help them cultivate deeper connections to their bodies. She knew better connections to our bodies became improved athletic performance!
But of course, that goal inevitably… evolved.
Through NetworkSpinal, she began to realize that not ONLY was it possible to help people embrace their full potential athletically but also optimize their ENTIRE lives emotionally, intellectually, and soulfully!
When we are finally given the space, skills, strategies, and permission to fully become present in our bodies (and in our lives!) we gain access to our FULL selves! And so, Evolve was born: a space and place to help people nurture their own authentic connection and communication to ALL of their bodies (and thus ALL of themselves)!

Now, Evolve has a growing staff of doctors, practitioners, and fantastic front office folks working across state lines in two different locations to co-op a space where health, vitality, and support reign supreme. We choose to rebel against the social conditioning that tells us we can only ever be as healthy as we “once were!” We don’t believe the stories we hear that health is hard to come by, that injury and aging are inevitable, and that living well requires suffering and sacrifice.
